The register is compiled from the subscriber system of the newsletter of Isompi Visio Ltd. The newsletter can be subscribed to via a form on the website (www.luotokuopio.fi).

11. Right to review and rectification of data

In accordance with Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the data subject has the right to check what data concerning him or her has been recorded in the personal register. The request for inspection must be made in writing and signed and sent to the person responsible for the register mentioned above. The processing of one request for inspection per year is free of charge for the data subject.


The data subject also has the right, in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Data Act, to request the correction of inaccurate information in the register. The request for correction of data must identify the error to be corrected and indicate the corrected data. The written request for correction must be sent to the person responsible for the register mentioned above.


12. Deletion of data

A data subject may request that data relating to him or her be deleted from the personal register. To opt out of receiving newsletters, please click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or contact the registry administrator.
